Event Submission Terms and Conditions
If you would like to submit an event to the Whidbey Marketplace and Community Journal, please follow these simple requirements.

What’s Going On [submit your event]
What’s Going On includes: Events, Entertainment, Restaurant Activities, Gallery Information, Meetings, Classes, Workshops, Seminars, and Seasonal events.

Requirements:
Must be a Whidbey Island event (something happening on Whidbey Island).
Must submit the What, When, and Where of the event.
Must submit a cost or fee if applicable (let us know if it is free or by donation).
Must submit a description of the event.
Must submit a contact name, phone number and email address in case we need to contact you.

Editing:
The Whidbey Marketplace and Community Journal reserves the right to edit all submitted material before publication. However, typically edits (if needed) are limited to the creation of logical sense, the removal of any first person reference, spelling, and for content/space.

The publisher makes every effort to include all submissions with their integrity intact. However, submitted information is based on available space and not guaranteed to be published, the only guaranteed space is allocated for contracted advertisement. The categories in which submitted editorial end up is at the discretion of the publisher. The publisher is not responsible for typographical errors or misinformation in submitted content.
